used 21 or 28 days pills are Yasmin & Yaz.
Please remember that 21 days
cycle's pills have only active pills whereas 28 days pills have 21 days active
and 7 days place (inactive) pills. If you are on 21 days cycle, once you finished
the pack, start the fresh pack from 22nd day and complete the second pack. If
you stop taking pills between this second 21 days cycle period or after completion
of 21 days, you should get your periods back.
Similarly, in 28 days cycle's
pills, continue to take active pills till 21 days and then start the new pack
of active pills. Do not take 7 days placebo or inactive pills after 21 days. Once
you stop taking active pills either with completion or without completion of 21
days, your periods will resume in a day or two.
However, in any case, if
your periods do not resume within couple of days (maximum a week) once you stopped
taking pills, you must consult your doctor or healthcare professional. You must
be pregnant.
